Is our baby almost 1 year old already?? Molly is turning one on Saturday, February 18th and we can't believe it. It seems like the past year has flown by, yet it also feels like she has been part of our family forever. She is the perfect fit for us---she is so patient, pleasant, and cheerful. Molly is always making us smile and laugh.
We are having her party on Saturday--with a few dog-themed items, of course! I'll post some pictures of her special day, but in the meantime, here are a few highlights about our favorite Miss Molls:
Likes to eat:
-almost anything!
-favorites include--
Breakfast: waffles, pancakes, puffies, yogurt, grapes, blueberries, strawberries, yogurt, applesauce
Lunch/Dinner: fruit bars, crackers, cheese, fish nuggets, veggie 'chicken' nuggets, pasta
Likes to play:
-with balls, blocks, stacking toys
-musical instruments
-anything chewable, like toothpaste tubes and brushes
-with Ella!
-sitting on low things like boxes or pillows
-peek-a-boo
-open drawers
-being "chased"
-tapping with drumsticks
-going on walks
-jumping in crib
-investigating in the fridge
-repeat sounds she hears
-looking at books, especially ones with animals in them
Can:
-crawl up the stairs
-walk!
-get down from the sofa or a chair by scooting down backward
-stand from a seated position without holding onto anything
-put objects into a container
-stack (relatively successfully) some blocks
