New Pictures of Haluski

Here are some new pictures of Haluski fresh off the press from our 21-week ultrasound this morning. We were excited to see how he/she had grown since we saw a little blob and head at the last ultrasound and hoping to learn if he/she was looking healthy.

Everything looks good so far. The baby weighs 14 oz. (usually between 12 and 15 oz. at this point) and had a heartbeat of 132 bpm. We couldn't get the best profile pictures this time because the baby was laying transverse with its back toward my back and facing outward toward the scanning tool. It didn't want to move around to change positions...instead it yawned twice in a row and just relaxed where it was!

Ella was glad to see the baby's "x-ray" and asked the tech for a picture of her baby so she could put it in her room (she wants to tape it to her bed). The tech typed, "Hi, Ella!" onto the picture for her from the baby. We also got to hear the heartbeat during my regular appointment time. It was all amazing, even the second time around!
