Ballerina Party

On Friday night, Ella was invited to a classmate's birthday party--a ballerina dance party.  She was excited to get ready--putting on her tutu (thanks, Nana!), tights, ballerina shirt, and special dancing shoes (thanks to our neighbor, Sharon, for a great hand-me-down).  We also put a pretty, long ribbon in her hair.

The girls at the party were treated to a "real" ballerina who came to the house and lead them in many dances, a craft (creating jewelry boxes), and games (e.g., pin the tutu on the ballerina; pass the slipper; freeze dance).  It was a cute idea and Ella had a blast!

Miss Molly came along and was such a delight--she watched the girls dance, played with some toys, and was very pleasant even when it started getting close to her bedtime.  What a great little sister :)
