Goney

So far, all of Ella's stuffed animals have been named by either Rob or me, or if Ella has named them, it's been the name of whatever animal it is (e.g., her black and white dog is "Dog").

This past week, though, Rob found one of her stuffed monkeys that she used to play with when she was a baby. It was attached to her baby swing that we were putting in the attic and she wanted to keep him out. She said, "Hey, I missed him!" We asked her what his name was and she told us, "Goney!" (pronounced "go-knee") We're not sure where she came up with that, but it's cute, anyway. Maybe it's like my first baby doll that I named Meekal.
