Ella and Liam

Ella has known Liam since he was born (four months after she was). He lives right down the street and they love playing together, especially riding in their strollers up to the playground.

Yesterday we went to a party at Liam's house and Ella had so much fun playing with him. It is neat to see them interacting and talking together, sharing toys, and laughing at each other. Liam must have had fun, too, because he kept wanting to hug Ella. She was unsure of that at first, but then let him--she would tap his back and then when she determined that the hug was done, would gently hold his shoulders and move him away.

Hopefully, they'll have many years of fun together!
